Dear ILR-SD Youth Members,
As we reviewed the data for the
2009 and early 2010 Show Season, we have discovered that
the show management that is not using the ILR
ShowManager program may not have submitted your
information correctly. For your show results to be
accurately recorded, we need to have your date of birth
entered into our data base. We ask that you do the
following things:
1. Contact
the ILR office with your date of birth and your ILR
owner code.
2. Review
the recorded points of your animals to be sure that they
are accurate.
Here's how to find out how
many points an animal has:
-
Log in to your account
on the ILR website (www.lamaregistry.com)
with your owner code and password.
-
Click on the Animal
and Owner info tab.
-
Click on #4 - Find
an animal by multiple criteria.
-
Enter in animal's
registration number and hit Display Information.
-
Underneath the photo is
a link to the animal's points.
3. If
you feel the showing recorded points are in error,
please send us a list of the shows that you participated
in, the number in the class and your placing in the
class.
4. Please
be sure to list your ILR owner code on all show entry
forms.
Please understand that this is a
new program and we did not realize this was an issue
until the year-end review process. We appreciate your
patience and your cooperation in this matter. Once your
date of birth is entered into our system, all data from
this point forward should be recorded properly.
Thank you,
The ILR-SD
Thanks for your support!!
